IMPORTANT !!!

As we live in a remote area we send out orders daily by 1pm. Proof of payment for the order has to be finalized before 12 noon, daily, for the order to be sent out on the same day. Delivery takes 2-3 working days and when the orders are sent out to remote areas the delivery time takes longer. There is an extra surcharge to courier fees for dangerous areas or far outlying areas (we have no control over this, our courier service adds these charges to our bill only after your parcel was dispatched), we absorb these costs the first time, but these charges/fees will be loaded onto the client's next order, once we are made aware of it.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAKE USE OF A THIRD PARTY COURIER SERVICE AND ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY. ALL ORDERS ARE CHECKED BEFORE IT IS SENT OUT. The client may request insurance on their parcel at an extra cost to them, and may then claim directly from the courier service if there are any damages. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING SHIPPING OR WHILE IN TRANSIT.
